The land, water, and air are all part of the conservation effort at Eden. Everything from energy requirements to the water treatment has been designed into the plan for Eden Hills, ensuring that the Estate becomes a self sufficient community. The Estate aims to re-plant indigenous trees, shrubs, introduce wild game, create walkways, and preserve the local birdlife.

Within the private walls of the Clubhouse we have introduced a non-chlorinated swimming pool. This will be gentle on skin and offer a relaxing dip for the whole family. This feature will also allow animals and birds the opportunity to drink from the natural pool without compromising their health.

Residents amenities are second to none here at Eden Hills. The estate Clubhouse will house a gym/ studio, restaurant cafe, swimming pool and communal workspace with attached private offices. All of this has been designed to offer you the comfort of a facility that complements ones lifestyle. The Clubhouse named Mosu translates to Forest; the shaded place where we find refuge.

To be introduced at the final phase of the development plan, the Estate will serve as home to a variety of small and medium sized game. Zebra, Impala, Ostrich and other bird life will reside within the full spectrum of the estate. For this reason the erection of personal plot fences is not permitted. We hope to encourage free movement of animals throughout.



Security





The safety of our residents is of the utmost importance. A rigid 2.8m electric fence, 24hr closed loop surveillance, patrolling security guards and security office will service the estate with un-compromised protection. All of this aims to ensure that guests and residents can unburden themselves from worry within Eden Hills.

​Water is the most essential of all services within Eden. Provision of mainline WUC water will been made in 2024 throughout the estate. An estate reservoir with 2 days back up will be piped to each property, allowing each property to find their metered Water Utilities water at the front of each stand.

Eden aims to be completely energy independent. The use of solar arrays is encouraged as we continue to pursue energy alternatives with our energy partner, African Sun Energy. The provision of BPC electricity is also metered for individual stands on site, until such time that we transition to clean energy alternatives.

Our home designs aim to push the envelope locally by moving closer towards sustainability and design merit. Considerations towards water, waste and energy have all been considered in detail within Eden.

In order to preserve as much space as possible, each property consisting of all buildings, pool, driveways, paths, lawn, courtyard garden shall only develop 50% of the erf. This development pocket shall encourage free movement of animals throughout the estate.



a growing community



The Estate falls within the master plan for Sentlhane and its future developments. Over the next few years, a fuel station, school, hospital, hotel and commercial centre will all find their homes within walking distance from Eden Hills.



roads & surfacing



All internal roads throughout Eden Hills will be paved with interlocking bricks. This will allow the HOA the control to resurface the roads as and when necessary.
